On 17th September 2024, the occasion of PM Narendra Modi’s Birthday was 17th September 2024 the First Installment of Subhadra Yojana. After this, the annual instalment of Rs. 10,000 will be credited in two instalments: Rs. 5,000 on Rakhi Purnima and Rs. 5,000 on International Women’s Day (8th March). All eligible women would be required to apply for availing benefits under the scheme. The applications may be made offline through a printed form, as well as online through the SUBHADRA Portal.

Requirements to Receive Benefits under Subhadra Scheme
To receive benefits under the Subhadra Yojana, eligible women must ensure they have an Aadhaar card in their name, a mobile number linked to Aadhaar, and a single-holder bank account that is both Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled. If there is no Aadhaar number or data mismatch, the applicant must enroll for Aadhaar or correct the information.
Applicants without a suitable bank account will be allowed to open one, make it Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled, and complete the e-KYC process. In 2024-25, all approved beneficiaries will receive the full benefit of Rs. 10,000 from the scheme’s launch date, regardless of the date of approval.

Subhadra Yojana Odisha Application Procedure
- The Subhadra Yojana Forms are made offline through a printed application form as well as online through the www.subhadra.odisha.gov.in Portal.
- Applicants are hereby informed that there is no cost for filling out the application form.
- Hard copies of the Subhadra Yojana Form will be available at Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Urban Local Body Offices, Mo Seba Kendras, Common Service Centres, etc.
- Applicants can fill out application form by personal, educational, bank, and other details.
- Submit the Form to the nearest Mo Seba Kendra / Common Service Centre.
- In case of any mistake in the form submitted by the applicant and the Aadhaar, the information will be present in the Aadhaar and will be taken for final verification.
- All Forms collected will be verified against the database available with the Government and also through field enquiry.
- To complete e-KYC formalities, the preferred mode of e-KYC would be through face-authentication whereby beneficiaries can complete the process through the SUBHADRA Mobile application by providing their Aadhaar number.
