The Odisha government has launched a new housing scheme “Antyodaya Gruha Yojana 2024” for the backward tribal communities and poor homeless people. Under this the government will provide pucca houses to those citizens are living in slums, kutcha house or their houses is affected by wild animals or natural disasters. The Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik has announced to provide benefits to more than 500 tribal villages of Odisha and will shortly start the construction work.
